Any recos for a sleek-cut, pocket-stuffable wind jacket? I have a Pearl Izumi Elite Barrier that is just ok--it's better than what I used to use (an older, casual rider model PI jacket) but its arms still flap like mad and I know that is slowing me down not to mention the irritating noise. I'm open to brand and price--I just want it to work. Thanks in advance.
