#s and i don't, and i agree there is a minimum one needs to be competitive...but i find repeatability to be more useful than absolute peaks.
Next week, we will see how it goes. I crack going all out at around 40-50 seconds. I've been working on extending it. What I have is repeatable, but not much better than my 5 minute efforts.
