Hey Scrod, I just ordered the tool for this Octalink BB that's on this Basso. I haven't messed with it yet, but just looking at it, looks chewed up. Any advice on getting it out, without shearing the "teeth" off that or will the tool alone work just fine?
Depending on how seized the cups are inside the frame iIt may work, it may not. That may be a job for some big Channellock pliers.
