Ok, I've joyfully left the "iron maiden" (trainer) behind and returned to powerlifting. First month of lifting is complete. Though I have not gone overboard on eating there has been the increase of appetite from waking up the muscle structure.
After 30 days of 4x each week schedule I have gained 3/4" on the guns, thighs are starting to fill the pantlegs again, poundages on the rise. Bodyweight is still at the 6lb weightloss reflected before lifting. Somehow I'm losing weight and gaining strength. It's working.
Late Feb/early March I will get back on the trainer for a prelude to hitting the road.
