I will point out that here in Queensland we are in our sixth month of summer right now (it started a month earlier than usual this year, probably due to the drought). I got a two week tour of Western Victoria a few months ago, and later this year I'm planning to visit Tasmania. I haven't yet decided on the route for that one.
