CHAINLINE QUESTION: Is it easier to add a spacer to the rear cog to move it "out" some or to fiddle with spacers on the chainring to try to get it "in" some? I've got about a half-inch clearance currently between my chainring and the stay.

Alternately, since I'm now using a 109 mm road axle on my bike, does anyone make narrower axles for track use?
