Not sure what to think about this one: 2014 Serenity Marvel s Track Bike 57cm Carbon | eBay

It ended earlier today, and was immediately listed again. Ended at $4050 and shows as sold on my eBay app on my phone but the same seller listed it again, same pics and description again.
