Great link for the replacement derailleur hanger, that's the first priority. You can find bolt on shifter mounts if the owner tossed the originals but you'll have to file/Dremel the mounts to get them to fit the larger down tube. If the frame is old enough that it used a bolt on FD mount, you'll either have to find/make one or use a clamp.

Understand that not everyone likes the 3D oriented cable guides; if you can't find or afford OEM ones try the Jagwire adhesive ones. Not as elegant but they work well.

Hangers, FD mounts, shifter mounts and cable guides. Those are the four reasons I now buy only complete used bikes for restoration, preferably pre-87 models with metal guides and no hanger.
