And I wear slippers to walk across my bedroom to the bathroom in the middle of the night - if I bother to put anything on at all. That doesn't make bedroom slippers a good shoe to wear for a track meet, or on a construction site.
Putzing along at 60% threshold for a minute is the same as walking across your bedroom at 2 am to pee.
