Excuse me, yes, you could "weld" a carbon frame... you will need Epoxy Resin and Fiberglass... mix Epoxy thoroughly , (wear rubber gloves) , dip the 'Glass Cloth, and wrap , like Tape... 4 to 7 layers should do...
