Not sure what your temp range is, but I got a Castelli Gabba and it really does live up to the hype. I use the zip sleeve one, and I have worn it in the low 40s with just a jersey under and been pretty warm once Im up to speed. The thing that I noticed about it is that I can go down a hill and not be cold and back and not be hot with only a slight dip in the zipper. It really is an amazing piece. If I really had to go out in colder weather, it is fitted well enough to go under my old PI winter jersey. Just size up one size, as they fit like most Euro brands do. Im somewhere between a M and L in PI stuff, and the Gabba in XL fits great.
