Was a bit worried I'd be huffing and puffing today; first ride since December 18 before xmas holidays... after I got home that day I stripped the bike down for a good thorough cleaning, and didn't get around to putting it back together until yesterday so riding on the break wasn't a viable option. That said, I was doing a fair bit of running and body resistance workouts in my basement gym... I'm always amazed at how much that cross-training helps! My legs felt Herculean this morning!
