Thank you! I think it's a little of the MPLS peer pressure, the bike culture up here is really into winter biking. I laughed about the string of selfies on social media this week of my friends and their frost covered faces from riding in the sub-zero weather. Last winter I took a pass when air temps were below -20F and windcills were -45F - I called up a friend to see if he'd biked, his reply "nah, I'm just a fair-weather bike-commuter" (MPLS bike culture)
Also note, I've worked down to these temps over a number of years getting my bike and gear right for these extreme temps. And Minneapolis is
really good at giving us a lot of days to work on our gear for these temps.
