My coach is generally a fan of shorter more intense trainer workouts as well but I told him that if he's keeping me indoors I'm willing to do the volume he would've given me, so he's showing no mercy. I figure most people aren't willing to go for that long indoors and most aren't willing to ride outdoors when it's this cold out either, so this workout sort of counts 1.5x. At least that's what I tell myself to get this **** done.
