Well, it is a nice looking bike for what it is.

The turkey lever brakes, the plastic disc on the cassette and the reflectors on the spokes are a dead give-away to a low end model. It does have a decent Shimano group, and the tubing is double butted and it has nice tan walled Kenda's, all pluses. But in the end, I wouldn't give him his asking price. I would probably offer $275 for it and see how that goes.

I'm not a Bianchi expert, so this advice is just IMHO!
