You Minnesota folks are brave. I haven't found a way to keep my fingers and toes warm for my 30 minute ride in temps below 20F.

It will be warm enough to ride tomorrow, but with the snow and wind we've had, there's drifting and ice everywhere, so riding with traffic isn't safe.
