Military Type Headset

During my current automobile drives to the office each day, I make phone calls using my bluetooth device in my car. Now that I am preparing for eventual cycle commuting within the next few months, I would like to make these calls while I ride. I have a common bluetooth device and a wired ear buds and microphone, but these devices pick up lots of wind noise and traffic noise when I try to use them even on walks. I would imagine that cycling would cause constant wind noise.

I don't know if this exists, but I was wondering if there is some kind of military ear piece/microphone like I've seen in military movies (Hollywood fiction and documentaries) that can be used on a common cell phone? It looks like a small spiral wire to the ear and some kind of neck microphone. I'm assuming this type of microphone picks up a voice well, but not back ground noise.

Can anyone tell me if this exists? If I'm wrong about the neck piece I've seen in movies, then what is that?

Disclaimer: I know that using the phone is not ideal during a cycling commute, but I would do this on infrequently used side roads and only use a one ear connection. I have no intention of listening to music while cycling.
