Hi guys
Have a 2008 Intense Spider XVP that's just been serviced. (Here in Cape Town, South Africa)
However, the service shop couldn't replace the BB as they didn't have the tool or something to do it. They said they think it requires a non standard tool or BB to do this.
The crank squeaks a lot when I pedal hard, and the service shop owner said he thinks the problem lies with the BB.
Anyway, I then started googling and came upon this forum.
Now I'm very novice when it comes to these things, so I hope I'm giving enough information:

BB - It says the frame takes a 73mm English BB shell
However, I still don't know what BB it has in, so I took a couple of pictures of the crank, which says on the side

If possible, I'd like to know the following things:
- Can anyone determine from the information provided what I'd require to replace/service the BB?
- How do I remove the crank (or is it standard?)
- What are my options in terms of replacing the BB?
- How do I determine which BB it has in, and do I require specific tools to replace it myself?
