I'm putting together a Girvin Offroad Climber hybrid bike for the
Velo Cheapo challenge
My parts bin coughed up the candidate bike itself, plus some new grips, pedals, a chain, a seat, and some NOS Shimano Exage cantilever brakes.
I did buy some new tires, tubes, cables, and housing. The stuff on hand either wouldn't fit or was too short.
