2,500 miles in 2014, my lowest total in years but had my colon completely removed traditional style which means a foot long scar for the rest of my life. Still was able to come back and even did a 70 miles by going to the Georgia border.
My goal is to do one good 4-5 day tour.... Probably The paved trail from Georgia to Alabama and back..... Either that or the C&O/GAP trail to Pittsburgh.
