Bikes: '73 falcon sr, '76 grand record, '84 davidson

sand the bad cone with good 3m paper, like 600 grit.

new balls.

ensure your rear axle is straight and flawless.

ensure the dust caps aren't rubbing the cones. machine them if they aren't perfect.
