I will be 64... how old are you? I would be happy if I could ride 5 - 7 mph... I am usually around 3 - 4. I know, from experience, that you can clock at 2.5mph and not fall over! And around riding hills... it is never a group thing... everyone must do their own pace - fast riders have to go fast and slow slow... hopefully along the way people stop and meet up.
