Monoprice seems low on stock.
OWC has their house brand, Newertech for $10/1m.

as well as real Apple surplus. I bought several Apple surplus when they were $12.50 (new, bulk bagged).
Apple controls this design carefully and the cables have chips in them. I think they have been counterfeited, though. I tend to trust OWC on such matters.
