of course You can put a Steel fork with the rack Mount fittings on It, as most MTB hard tails are made to use suspension Forks
the fork would Be taller so the head tube does not fall and steepen the Angle.

Not turn key all done for You, simple ... but not difficult either ..

Thorn UK and Tout Terrain in Europe Make forks for those purposes .. lower cost Asian suspension corrected teel forks will work too , some have Braze on's Mid Fork .
