Looks like the TICRK is ANT+ as well as the cadence and speed sensor, so that is a good option. I know distance is not really a measure of effort on a trainer, but I like logging distance. Makes me feel more accomplished.

All I know is I feel like I am starting off all over again since I haven't rode in months and know I won't outside again for more months living in Ohio.
