why limit yourself unnecessarily?

do you absolutely, positively need mid-fork eyelets? it's not the frame, it's the fork.
simply find a replacement fork, and you've quadrupled your potential frames.

now your limitation is mid-fork braze-on thingies. that severely limits the universe of
aluminum forks. in that case, use a blackburn or similar lowrider with u-bolts.

so now you just need to find an aluminum fork with drop-out rack/fender eyelets.
