I saw this online the other day. All nice cities to live in but it caught my eye that Hamburg was mentioned. We discussed that city a couple of months ago. Even though it wasn't a bicycle friendly city with almost no infrastructure, it was still a great looking European town.
Funny how they didn't mention the Netherlands.
