If there's not a right only lane, or if the right only lane is very narrow, I'll scoot forward and left enough so that cars can make a right behind and to my right. If I'm close to the car in the next lane to the left, I'll make sure to be visible to that driver. Sometimes though, there's not a lot of room, or there's enough cross traffic that I'll just stay in the center of the right lane and not worry about the drivers behind who want to turn right.
