That looks like a broken spoke in pic #6 . In case you didn't read the fine CPSC print, you absolutely should not ride it like that. Those things are notoriously tough to fix but I have some experience at it. So if you send it to me I'll go through the long spoke-fixing process then take it on extended test rides to guarantee its safety. You really don't want to even think about thinking about riding it the way it is.
