That is the most obvious, but when I push on the peddles the 5000 it's responsive, it moves. When I ride the Hybrid I feel my legs tiring before my heart rate gets up. What's with that?
The rotating mass (wheels, tires) is less on the road bike therefore it accelerates more quickly.
