True. I worked in a Raleigh dealership during the '80s, when the Techniums were produced. The Raleigh sales rep told us that Raleigh USA set up their Technium frame factory in Kent, WA, specifically so that they could hire Boeing engineers with experience in bonding dissimilar metals.
