I have the Harborfreight version of this grease dispenser (can't find it on their site anymore), and it was cheap, something like $3.99. The hole at the front kinda dispense grease very reluctantly, but I drilled that hole two sizes bigger, and all is well. Would be a shame if Harborfreight stopped selling them, as they are a bargain for the money.
