You can do it!

I still kick myself for slowing down. September 2013 I was 341 pounds. May 2014 I was 228 pounds. August 2014 I was 240 pounds. We moved in may, and I started a new appointment (I'm a Pastor in a denomination that appoints it's Pastors to churches); and it just got insane. I'm at 225 now though! I 'caught it' in time. But it sure is easy to let things creep back up.

I just tell myself it's okay because my body needed a break. But now we're back on it! And we're not getting off of it. My biggest problem was I stopped weighing myself, and I stopped recording what I eat. Now I don't do either of those things. Holiday pecan pie? Still write it down. I want to see it on "paper" (rather, my iPhone) just how much I went over. No excuses, no regrets!
