Well, that fork is probably from something like a Motobecane, Gitane, or Peugeot. I'd guess it's from a 1970s blue PX10, but that's just a guess.
Drop Peter Weigle a note with what you're looking for. He's got a thing for French parts, and he has a bunch of forks in his shed "just in case."
You'll probably want to measure what you have in terms of axle to crown, rake, as well as headtube length (which you listed above):
