Narrow wide chain rings only come in even teeth so that they can keep lining up right with the chain links. The teeth alternate between shapes (as the name suggest) and are meant only for single ring set ups, not front derailleurs or even chain watchers.
This means that if you use these chainrings you would not normally have more than 1 chainring and you would not have a front derailleur
