I have the same cranks on my 1980 Grand Jubile.



There were 2 versions of the Stronglight 99 cranks. The first came out around 1973. The crank arms were squarish like on the Model 93 cranks and they were highly polished. The later model was anodized and the arms were rounded off and looked just the the SR Sakae Ringyo triples. They both used 86mm BCD chainrings.
