You actually can get nice authentic close out/clearance items from retailers on eBay. There are a number of bike shops and even ecommerce companies like Backcountry/Competitive Cyclist selling on eBay. I've personally been very satisfied with Nonstop Ciclismo out of California. They have some stuff priced almost at retail but also a lot at very good clearance prices like 50 to 75% off retail.

There are team kit available too from individuals, lots of time at a good discount. And of course there is a big number of Chinese sellers. I've ordered a few times and the items were decent quality for the price. Never ordered shorts from Chinese sellers as I'm not confident in the quality of their chamois pads.
