I have that jacket in the non-convertible version. It is a good jacket, but it is a little loose at times. My experience with convertible jackets is that I never use them as a vest. I tend to wear an under armor base layer, a short sleeve jersey, and then a jacket. When it warms up enough, I just take the jacket off and stuff it in my middle jersey pocket.
