haha, when i first moved to philly, the SEPTA slogan was "Serious About Change" ... and then it changed to "We're Getting There..."

the service was horrible throughout, so i was forced to wonder exactly how bad this agency was at some point in the past. that's just one of the many things i love with all my heart about philadelphia. people are totally down on themselves in the most hilarious way. philadelphians love their city like no other, but at the same time they openly despise it and take every opportunity they can to trash it in the harshest (or simply hilariously ironic) terms... oh, hostile city, how i miss you.
