Yes my wife will be there with bailout services if I need them. I plan on carrying a spare wheel even if it only has a nine gear cassette as at least it will keep me mobile.

I am working on increasing distance and endurance. I changed my Blood pressure medicine and the edema seems to be gone, and I have been able to push almost to a 160 heart rate for a few minutes without feeling light headed.
The riding is paying off

Also my glucose fasting has been close to 130 for almost a month now and my 30 day average (according to my meter) is 119.
