#3 He's buying it for his female cousin, the bike's a 56cm so she better be 5'11" to 6' tall.
Smells like a scam.
very common craigslist scam. I've sold maybe 10 or so items on local craigslist, and have gotten at least 3-4 of this type of inquiry.
