One of my bikes is a Windsor fixie, and I have to say that the only Windsor that was a rebadged Colnago was the bike that Eddy rode himself.

Windsors (in the 70's and early 80's) were Mexican made colnago knockoffs, made specifically for the Mexican market. Really really fun bikes. All have geometry based on Eddy's bike, so imagine a 80% track geometry, with a little bit of roadie in there.
