See maximum aerobic power (MAP) testing protocol. After a suitable warm up, you start at 200w and increase by 25w each minute, until failure.

Now keep in mind that this is a testing protocol to set and adjust training levels; it's only part of a training program and not a program itself. Of course an effort like this is going to have a pretty significant training stress that needs to be accounted for.
