Out with the dork disk (what were they thinking) and on with the Suntour 14-28 6sp freewheel. I removed the Shimano sis 13-26 6sp and swapped on to the trainer bike.
Also, swapped on a race oriented saddle in place of the padded and heavier L. Turbo ("Lady" Turbo). Oh and one more....a fresh set of Michelin Krylion 23's (also lighter). Now I can get this out on the open road this summer instead of a friday night townie.
I still get the feeling this was originally used as a lady team bike.
