Yes, washing the shorts after every ride. Well, usually. No, I actually quit using the bag balm cause it tended to aggravate the pimple sores because of the greasy vaseline stuff. Plus, it tends to stay in the chamois after washing. I might pick up some Assos cream and see if that helps at all.
