I'm the same size, except larger in the chest and narrower hips, but extra 2" on the waist these days . Sadly, no jerseys actually fit, race fit that is. I order small race fit and hope for the best, or medium and put up with looser fitting. You probably have to look into the expensive brand name jerseys with detailed sizing charts.
