I don't know of stock jerseys but the size S or M Verge Triumph would be good, probably the S. The M is snug on me but the new fangled jerseys are more like shorts than jerseys - everything is really stretchy so it ends up a bit more forgiving if you go a size up or down.
Also, regardless of what you end up wearing, congratulations on the weight loss. That's massive.
