Got my 2nd climbing effort in last night and logged just over 1200'.
Weather was a nice and my legs recovered fine so from the ride Saturday so I figured I try and get in a quick night ride.
This was also the first riding with my HR, Speed, Cadence, synced up to the garmin. It was interesting going back and reviewing my speed, and cadence on the route. I tried to keep my Cadence high as possible on the climbs, and "spun out" after the climbs which seems to help my legs recover better for the next climb. It was also interesting to see my Heart Rate not spike as fast or as long as it had just a month ago.
Hopefully I can get 1 more ride in before the week is over.
