The URL you show posted would work except that it added the real URL to a pre-existing but mangled http:// suffix. So just edit your post, make sure your URL starts with http:// (or https:// - do secure http connections work for this? I don't really know), and put the IMG tags around it. 'Tis easy.
This is how it is done with flickr.
Choose the photo from your stream you wish to upload and click it.
Screen goes to the single photo with icons in lower right corner. Choose the arrow icon.
Dialogue screen pops up. Click BB Code.
You have a choice of size you wish to upload. Make your choice.
The bottom line should be highlighted. Place your cursor over it and right click to copy.
Go to your post in BF and paste
Done
