Bad service from Thor USA and paypal
I ordered some spokes from Thor USA and received the wrong sizes, emailed him and he basically said I should use them even if they're 2mm shorter than I had ordered, I guess that's how he builds wheels himself?. He stopped replying to my emails so I escalated to a paypal claim to which he responded almost instantly and we finally came to an agreement on the paypal chat thingy, the agreement being that I would return the entire order of stuff that I placed and wouldn't have to cover the costs of shipping, paypal told me to pay for return shipping to which I replied that I shouldn't have to pay for a mistake made by the seller and that it wasn't worth it for me to send the package back if I had to cover the shipping costs, they replied to me some generic reply that had nothing to do with the subject matter.
So no more paypal for me and I guess I'll be ordering from amazon exclusively from now on since it seems to be the only place that fixes errors and replies to customers. If anyone has any ideas on other places that are safe to order from, I'm all ears.
